Activation may take between a few minutes to 24 business hours depending on the type of service and selected network. Services can be cancelled according to the terms and conditions of the respective network. In case of cancellation during the trial period (if applicable), a full refund will be issued. After the trial period, cancellations and refunds are subject to the policies of the service-providing network.

We are not responsible for service interruptions or coverage issues that are the responsibility of the service-providing network.
